Why did Joseph run away then, get understanding of what he's saying... The saving grace is not magic. If you agree then that you know how much you are forgiving after being in that life you will do everything possible to stay off the sin that separated you from God... Even God uses time to deliver from certain addictions... So if you need to avoid getting in contact with whatever it is and that helps you somehow, by all means do that. Not all the sins are gotten rid off by grace. Some need a deliberate attempt to stay off it.

But i was generally talking about sin and until we come to a point to realise that we as humans cant win the fight against sin and put our faith in Christ Jesus for our life, its gonna be constant struggle. But religious people will talk about the human will, if that is the case and it suffice, there wouldn’t have been need for the cross, God would have just continued with the old covenant. Sin is not the problem of humanity, not accepting Jesus is. coz sin has been dealt with on the cross and the bible said “sin shall no longer have dominion over us, because we are no longer under the law, but under grace” what does that mean? We were all condemned under the law, no man was righteous and Jesus took the sins of us all on the cross, the full weight of the punishment for our sin was on him and God turn his back on him and he was judged for us. The bible said “ God made Jesus who kmew no sin to be sin for us, that we may ne the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus” tell believers their place in Christ and tell sinners about sin amd repentance. Stop lumping everyone together.

@@Abubakarusman-v3e well.. if I knew you were a once saved forever saved advocate I wouldn't have wasted my time responding to your comment... you said sin is not the problem of humanity, not accepting Jesus is?? 😅 well.... right there lets you know that you don't even understand what living under Grace and not under law means ...you are only not under the law when you don't commit sin... the moment you commit sin you come under the law because according to "1 John 3:4 (KJV) Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." if sin is not the problem of humanity then what did Jesus die for? He was sacrificed because He was coming to save people from their sin... And that's according to "Matthew 1:21 (KJV) And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins". if sin is not the problem of humanity then why do you need to repent? repent from what? repent from not accepting Jesus? seriously? is that what repentance is for? my guy you need to refocus your whole standpoint on the issue of salvation ...sin is the problem of humanity that is why there is no fear of God today... you think salvation is automatic? if you only needed to believe or confess with your mouth that you believe in the Lord Jesus and continue living anyhow you wish... and you think that just because you have confessed with your mouth you are saved forever? you really think that is what the Lord Jesus came to sacrifice His life for? for you to just open your mouth and say I believe in you Lord and continue living anyhow? seriously anyone with the once saved forever saved theory is blind and lost.... You better addresses the sin of the world and the sin of the church... why do you think the Lord said judgement will begin in His house if there is no sin there? What is the world going to be judged for? For their sins or for not believing in God? Whether anyone believes in God or not doesn't change anything... it is works that are going to be judged and not faith... that is what the scriptures say . wake up man... 🚶
